Crashes On Load Of Certain Maps

<div class="IPBDescription">...?</div> Apparently only map i can play NS on is lost. i was playing on a server w/lost and when the map changed to ns_nothing, it started to load, and once it said i had joined, it froze. Happens sometimes with other maps too. Any idea why?

Are you running on day of defeat retail? NS doesnt work properly w/ dod retail. If you are running half life make sure you have the latest update.

No i am running on the latest Half-Life build. (1.1.1.0 if i'm not mistaken)

update your video drivers, also, if u are hacking sometimes the hacks cause problems with map changes.

video drivers are up to date, i had to update them some time before. also lol no i'm not hacking but thats good to remember if i ever try it <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'>. I dont get it though, its only certain maps. ns_lost works... but just about nothing else. Nor is it spur of the moment, it always happens with other maps.

try to redl the maps, they may be corrupted.

I would try a reinstall first of all
If your using steam, it could just be one of the steam problems
