hi every1 im making a new pistol model i was just wondering how this early render's style looks. Plz give me some feedback (positive and negitive) it will be very much apreciated.

    well.. it needs some design, right no it looks like a bent milk cartine (no offence) try add bits to it, texture it , orm something , just make it look like a gun O_o

    Same here, but let's face it: The thing looks almost nothing like a pistol...more like a glorified banana in my opinion. I think if you...well...if you started from scratch. Sorry, but it just doesn't look salvagable.

    So yes, nice try, but it really doesn't resemble a pistol.

    Constructive critisism hasnt been offered once yet I do believe.

    Give tips on how to improve the gun not pointing out why you hate it and saying it sucks. "It looks like crap" doesnt help.

    <b>EDIT:: The gun model is too...chunky, organic and creamy looking. Make it beefier, and less smooth around the edges. I also believe its too wide.</b>

    Hmm. I suggest you look at <a href='http://world.guns.ru/' target='_blank'>world.guns.ru</a> and have a look at what guns actually look like. Then go up from there. To be honest, this does look like a sock puppet or something, a horrendously high-poly, ugly sock puppet.

    With proper smoothing it'd look alot better. Your gun looks way too organic, you need some sharp edges too give it that "tech" look. You got a concept of it somewhere?

    hi every1 i just got back from school. Im trying to give it a futuristic look that looks kinda organic (as many ppl pointed out.) The reason its in "gift wrap" is b/c im only doing the modeling right now and it new a texture to put over it. I trashed the scope i put on it as well as the trigger b/c they did;nt fit with the organic theme. I will folow suggestions and tone down the organicness a little bit.
