Like Teamplay? Like Giant Tanks That Spew Lead?
<div class="IPBDescription">Play wulfram2!</div> I have made this post in conjunction to a post in the wulfram2 forums in order to alert people in both communities about the existance of the other. I know we have probally had another wulfram2 centric topic in this forum, but It's long been dead, and wulfram2 is a good enough game to deserve more attention.
In wulfram2, there are two teams of tanks. These tanks hovar (without flapping), and shoot other tanks and enemy buildings. Seems simple? Add commander elements, a building-based rescource structure, and the ability to drop buildings and create a base almost anywhere in a teamwork centric enviroment and you have somthing pretty special. A few things to know about wulfram:
1. The graphics are bad. We're talking low res here. However, it IS 3d, and if you can get past the graphics the game is fantastic.
2. It can be a little hard to control at first.
However, the strong teamwork-centric enviroment and base building aspects should make any NS marine player (or alien players - the commander doesn't deploy buildings, he just orders them. then the tanks have to go grab them and drop them) feel right at home.
It may look bad at first glance, but I urge you to give wulfram a try. It's totally free, and needs more dedicated people to play it.

its a good game, though I don't realy like the controlls (nor do I like fps via tank any way, so it turns me off)
Yes - free is good. I'll give it a whirl.
Not only that but the Help menus assume you are a moronic 56k user (and I don't mean moronic because your a 56k user)
