Im Framing, Help To Fix It

I play NS with 250+ ping, tough i have cable 750KB.
How do i fix it?
Some 1 told me to update the windows XP, but i dont know which update.
bah....

    lagging is the word, but ok

    First off, you should ALWAYS update windows regularly (just run windows update and install all of the things it tells you to, like the critical updates and the general updates)

    though that probably wont do squat for your ping (though it will make your computer safer from attacks like blaster worms)

    as for your ping
    run the game with net_graph 3 typed in the con and tell us you choke loss and ping

    1. ppl say me:"U R FRAMING! FIX THAT!" so i thought that word better then "lagging"

    2. i use net_graph 3

    3. im from israel and play in israeli servers. some times in UK servers.

    4. that problam begin befor 3-4 weaks, and im playing more then half a year.

    Loosing your frame rate is usually due to a crap processer, altho things running in the background can casue your latecny to go up

    my dad turned on norton anti virus scan (on another pc) and my ping went from 60 - 500 O_o

    Yes, I REALY have it out for norton, it does ALOT of stuff you don't realise it is doing, and many of them are nearly or actualy imposible to shut down.
    The only thing it is useful foris a virus proc, and there are tones of other ones out there <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    I wouldn't trade my Norton 2003 Pro for anything out there, but tell me what it's doing that I don't know about..... I can always disable it while playing.

    As to your fps changing and now you're lagging, your isp may have been re-routed somewhere, and now you're simply taking a bad hop.
