The 'suckers' as I like to call them, are located in the Gorge's mouth. The viewpoint is from the mouth for the Skulk, Gorge, and Lerk (maybe Fade, but they're located in the same general area anyways, the eyes and mouth).

Because, it makes playing as a skulk alot easier. With the "eyes" in the mouth of the skulk there is no need for crosshairs when biting and it would be hard to bite from normal eye level. It's not a matter of realism, but rather of gameplay.

Actually, it is infact the TOTAL opposite. Having the skulk's eyes in the mouth HINDER the ability to bite. That's why newbie skulks find it extremely hard to locate their target after that initial bite.

Little fixed like this should be included. Also i know in the animation when you build a res tower etc.. its building without the gorge not doing anything.

CMON! They even look like hands...doesn't someone else know what I mean? I'm not crazy I swear! O_o
hence 'gorge lubbin'
It was the .... i don't recall the name... monster from opposing force.
And the thing I've always wanted to do (but I cant model) is add the gorges teeth into the view model as well as its little "hands."
