Ns (non-steam) Error!

I ve had NS and since ive had steam its been freaking up alot so i cant join non-steam games! so i uninstalled steam. Now that ive also deleted all steam files on my pc ns doesnt work!! it gives me an error when i am joining games!

Did you re-install regular NS? That's probably the best way to fix it, as steam probably changes some HL settings.

When STEAM updates it's entirely possible your WON client got borked. I've never been able to figure out exactly what got borked, because I can do a fresh install in minutes and it's not worth the trouble looking.
