    Well that's something special you got there. I love the stairs, but the rest is too dark. Keep with the blue stroke style.

    I don't like the last 2 screenies. The first is too open. And it's the signs that make the readyroom look ugly.

    I dont like the Blue rims you have, they look out of place and ugly.
    And the red skulls...hmmmm. no.

    You kinda have to see it ingame. Those screenshots do the map no justice.

    Q: Why are my screenshots coming out darker than they look in game?
    A: There's this really cool effect in NS where brigher things become brighter, and darker things stay the same. It lends a more vivid and realistic view to the whole map. If you have Photoshop, and you want the screenshot to look right, use this method to fix the gamma settings.
    Go to Image->Adjust->Levels in Photoshop. There are three values next to "input level".? Change the last value according to this formula:
    ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? value = 255 - (WorldcraftGammaSetting - 1.0)*128

    Few suggestions:

    1). The map looks really spacious, dunnno if the whole thing is like that, but open spaces definitely favor marines.
    2) Yea the skulls take away from it.
    3) It looks too clean. Like in the hive, there is no bacterial growth at all, it should be covered in there.

    I think the map looks great otherwise.

    I like the blue lines and the darkness of it. We need more dark maps around, too many bright, not atmospheric maps here.

    Plus, maybe instead of skulls there could be a picture of a marine head, then a skulk head! <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    a dark are isn't atmospheric. It's hard to see in.creatuive lighting, layout, architecture...that's atmosphere.

    about the actual map I don't see anything that absolutely has to be changed except for the skulls in the ready room...it really detracts from the NS feel

    First pic - align those blue comp light textures correctly. In other words have them connected seemlessly using slanted cuts.
