Im not gonna delete mine until HL WON servers are officialy shut down O_o

since in steam you need multiple accounts on other pc's <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo--> which means multiple cd keys JUST to play a freakin game on another pc

Not really. So long as you're only playing it on one machine at a time (which is all the license is valid for, anyway) then you're golden. Otherwise you can log into Steam from your account from pretty much any machine with Steam installed, given it has 'net connectivity.
Personally, I haven't used my WON install of HL for anything in about half a year, except to pull my spraypaint over.. which I keep forgetting to set read-only each time I install the latest NS-Beta patch. :b

The only thing HL-related that will remain in your Sierra folder is Blue Shift, since it is designed as a stand-alone retail product (pity). Everything else runs from Steam.

All I did was take the mod folder (I think it was called bs) from the Blue-shift directory and pasted that into the Half-life directory.
I'm not sure if I had to do anything else, I can't even remember if it worked. And on top of that all, I'm not sure if it would work on Steam.
