i need somewhere to host sigs again... HELP PLEASE!! sigrealm.com killed itself again, and my current host replaces my sig with that stupid 'no remote linking, upgrade your account' crap all the time. any suggestions?

Photoshop = expensive

You make sigs with whatever image editor you have. People must learn this!

Yeah, I guess that's true, Yoshi. I have Microsoft Image Composer. You could make a sig with a simple paint program, too!

I've said this before, but:

Adobe Photoshop 7: <b>£525</b> ($820)
Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7: <b>£75</b> ($117)

(prices from Amazon)

Photoshop has more features (and is better in several ways) but the cost is a bit prohibitive. I'd use it if I could afford it.

I use PSP7 for everything; Animation Shop 3 for animated gifs and the like.

That should be enough. But if you really want to be good, just go solo and mess around with a random picture. As for animating gif.s then you should use ImageReady which comes with PS7. Unless you don't have it, then just use

See, the current one is a bit low budget. Honestly, I'm horrendous at photoshop and I'd really appreciate if some kind soul made me a signature. I'd like it to look like that one, but with better foliage. foliage is what makes or breaks a sig. Or not.

my back up was lost when i zerod my hard drive to fix a glitch and when i went on the site everything was gone shoulda put it on a floppy damnet.

Hey I share the pain, my entire hard drive gave up one day (guess what my bro left it downloading #### from kazaa <img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':angry:'> ) and so I lost a damb good map, alot of school work etc etc.

And for any one who wants a sig made, I'm not the best ever sig maker, but I'll give it a try... or something.
