What the hell are you talking about? Im not some photoshop *** who uses easy picture generators and filter-majiggers. I hand pixeled this on paint, and I DID say that it was just a WIP, so screw you. I didnt know this was for dumb photoshop and paintshopers.

That's not something that's blurred out. That's the color pallette he used for coloring.

[O/t]: Daxx, isn't Postal 2 kind of a joke as a game? (Avatar) I mean, it didn't have the same atmosphere as Postal, and between the fact I could shoot a padestrian 4 times in the head before they die and all the bad jokes, I just didn't think that much of it.

P.S. If it's a city in the future where everyone gets bio-genetic metallic armor skull implants, please tell me, because I didn't know.

his forelegs seem a bit... buff. i believe skulkies are fairly un-buff. and yeah, his head is a tad on the large side. you might wanna bring that down a bit, cuz right now it looks reminicent of a tiger head or something (aside from the fur, non-yellow-glowing eyes, whiskers, etc. ^_^). i've never attempted pixel art, but i'm sure it's better than what i'd come up with.

seriously i never seen the mini palette as a blurred out pic.. why does everyone else see it as a blurred out pic? i thought it was obvious it was a mini palette to keep the colours you want so you can save and work on the pic later without losing your custom colours.

Dunno, might be the way the palette is positioned. I'm used to them things though, coming from a pixel art community.
