Hosting A 3.0 Server

I got a question, whenever I try to host a game for my clanmates
they get an error 'server is not responding' when trying to connect

I got NS 3.0 beta 3 client installed, and NS 3.0 beta 3 server installed in the same directory

this worked before 3.0 (when using WON) but now it doesn't
the problem is i wanna play on my own server, so 'not dedicated'

is this possible?

(sv_lan is set to 0, so can't be that)

    you have to run it as a listen server. that will allow it to connect to the internet but you can play also.

    If you are behind an internet router you will need to forward ports to your machine. 27015, etc.
