Spectating Issues

I was wondering if i'm the only one that can't use binds when spectating (ie: waiting to respawn or via 'spectate')?

I have my binds as follows:
capslock = voicecomm
y = say
u = say_team
i = messagemode admin_chat
o = messagemode admin_tsay
p = messagemode reschat (plugin we have to allow chatting of reserve slot users)


And 95% of the time, i can't use them when spectating and i have to hit esc twice just so my console key will work again. Anyone else have this problem?

    i've been trying that a million times, works every time..
    are you sure your steam install is okay?
    and your ns install?

    yah, I am not seeing this either, you might wana do a full reinstall.
