<div class="IPBDescription">HLMV doesn't work</div> Half Life Model Viewer hates my computer! ><"
It is Windows XP Home
Radeon 9600 XT OR 9800 XT (not sure... DOH)
160 gig HD, 7200 RPM
1 gig DDRAM
the works basicly
When I try to load a model... it gives me a device critical error, and switches windows to safe mode...
I tried a re-install, a re-download, the works... nothing...
Anything better out there?

because the admins have a wild idea that jed stole code from hl2(Which dosen't make sence.)
2) It's almost impossible to find working links to normal HLMV.
3) How do you edit, recompile, and release a new version of a program without source code? You can't. Where do you get source code? From the author. Unless you're saying he h4xx0rd teh c0mput4r an s0l3t t3h c03d!?!?111oneeleven111!
Chumbalumsoft homepage. I was as surprised as you are to find it there. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I'm sure coil will be making a statement at some point. Until then, speculation and accusations don't need to be infinitely repeated.

yes it will....
I suggested it, because HLMV may have some kind of conflict with your vid card or summat, maybe whatever is conflicting was changed in Jed's. (Which is not warez, because it is a variation of free software).

yes, im well aware of that. i was gonna get one to replace my GF4, but now im going to aim for the new AMD 64 FX. so budgets broken. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif' /><!--endemo-->
*bump* stay on topic plz... I need to find a good, working one...
I dunno if it's a 9600 or 9800.. or even a card... all I know is the graphics kick @$$! (it's my dad's PC anyway)
What a bunch of space cowboys.
Actually what I find more amusing is that HLMV for HL2 is actually based off the same code (v1.21). Valve copied Mete's code, not the other way around.
