Retexture it is my advice.
yes about 35% light ok!
Also that texture that keeps repeating all over reminds me of Half-Life too much somehow, so consider replacing it with a "proper" walltexture.
Geometry works, nothing spectacular, but no big mistakes either.
EDIT: Just remembered something. Do not use white lights except in rare situations. White lights tend to make your map look washed out, even if they are not bright. Instead use orangeish or grayish lights.
And remember, your map should have some contrasting lighting, just like you have red lights below your pipe. But don't overdo this!
I would like to see how this map turns out.

Other than that, i'd have to see it with some new lighting before I give final judgement on the grating you're using. Think it's too much atm but i'm willing to wait and see.

It needs more work I'm afraid. Don't rush it, take the VALVe approach, "when it's done it's done." Keep at it I'd say. Here's a more descriptive list of things that I noticed:
O| First shot: That outside wall is straight. It looks wrong, the glass is slanted and the outside is at 90 Degrees.
O| Second shot: Please fix those rails. Either use a func wall rendermode solid/255 effect (in other words don't create them out of brushes) or change the texture to something more "trimmy" and align it right.
O| Overall: Still too bright.

This is...This is my first map ever..readyroom ever. And i sucks to create maps..
So fast i do a room its ugly for me and it sucks..jesus!.
I'm a real noob and i cant build maps..Yuo experts belive that the lights or textures are wrong and..I sucks i cant build maps! This readyroom probably sux.

It's ok to not release your first map or first few maps man, seriously, just have fun making it. I've made tons of stuff I'd be ashamed to release but it was fun for me and I learned alot from these guys here on the forums.
Keep at it and you'll be creating the next Ns_Eclipse in no time. (Well, I make no promises, lol, everyone works at their own pace of course) But just have fun, view mapping as a hobby not as a task or soemthing like that.
P.S. for your first map ever that is spectacular actually, my first "map" was complete shite.

I never made a "map", only parts of a potential map... I went from, ship ports with cranes and the works, banks, anime love hina (hinata inn), landing beach (WO2 style), shopping center, spaceships and much more... All had potential but where incomplete and I ignored the half-life engine limitations sometimes.
But during the progress of this I improved myself with each step.

I want to make a really nice map now. It's hard to me cuz this is first map i made ever.

Ah.tuturials help.. I have learned more then 30 tuturials on many sites.
Why i needed to start this topic was because :

Not like ns_veil's or ns_eclipse's. Only special..Pipes..Stairs and other..
