pls make a seperate request forum in these Customization forums ! That way it's way cleaner in here <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/style_images/TSA_Skin-975/icon3.gif' border='0' alt='user posted image' />
considering on the first page of this forum there is actually only a single request thread right now, I'd say that this forum is far from cluttered by requests. We have more rants than requests, and many requests are contained within release and WIP threads...
i pmed nem zero a few days ago about new subsections, he said he will look into it and discuss it with the other mods and admins, tbh i think the new forum lay out should be like.......
General Customisation Forum (like what we are talking in right now)

General Customisation Forum (like what we are talking in right now)
Help Section (which we have already)
Requestion Section
Work in progress (for dill lol)

would make it alot more tidy in here <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd--> yep a mrel section would be really nice, since alot of good models get "old" too fast cause of noobs spamming useless threads
i like Spetsnaz' ideas <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
i mentioned ages ago we should have a seperate one, but someone said it wouldnt work <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif' /><!--endemo-->
i give up trying to give helpful suggestions... it seems theyre only helpful if someone else says it.
attention wouldnt be lost... because the only people that read the "req" titled threads, are usually the people who actually can contribute to the model, it would just help sort out the req threads from the other threads for normal people cruising the customization forums

Del have you also talked Nem about what you sed? <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd--> i'm speaking from experiance...
how many of you actually read and comment in the Ideas and Suggestions Forum? i mean, that's a request forum right there, but its for the whole GAME, not just the models.
no i haven't talked to nem0 about it... but i rarely give an absolute "NO" to an idea... this one gets my no.
I don't frequent I&S because I'm not making this game. Second, my concept of "cool game stuff" very likely bears little resemblance to what the dev team think. So, honestly, I think my time is better spent here where I can chip in with "good idea" for models because I know that popular models have a chance of getting done, especially if its a good concept.
Keeping the concepts in a separate place allows me to go to the release/help sub sections to do work and over to the concept bit in order to stick a "yes please" in any respective thread.
Besides, if noone ever reads the request threads isn't that reason enough for keeping them out of the way?
Why not even imitate what other forums do and have a stickied concept thread which could be updated as things are released, etc?

some of you simply ignore posts with [req] in the name...
for them to get ANY attention at all, we have to keep the requests part of the general modelling discussion.
this also goes for WIPs, and we have the Official Release Topic in replacement of the release forum.
