Metamod Problems With Lan Play

<div class="IPBDescription">Freezes</div>Hey. Trying to set everything up so I can keep myself entertained during laggy hours with RCBot/Whichbot. But everytime I go to Create Server and click okay, NS freezes and I have to double Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart my PC. I don't have any plugins loaded and the loading box doesn't even pop-up.
Metamod.dll is in "C:\Games\Steam\SteamApps\joshu@ntlworld.com\half-life\nsp\addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll" and the liblist.gam has the following in.

gamedll "addons/metamod/dlls/metamod.dll"
gamedll_linux "addons/metamod/dlls/metamod_i386.so"
I feel like I must be missing something obvious, but a couple of server admins that I've asked have no idea either. :/ Thanks in advance.
