Ns V3.0 Beta 3 Precaching Resource Hangup

I am running a Linux Natural Selection v3.0 beta 3... just a standard install... nothing fancy... nothing changed. When we start it, as soon as someone connects to it... it crashes out and then restarts. It crashes on the Precaching Resources part of loading about 80% done.
We downloaded v3.0 beta 1 and then upgraded directly to beta 3. Do we need to have beta 2 and then beta 3 installed or was it okay to go from beta 1 to beta 3?
Anyone have any ideas? My server is at 204.210.247.55:27035 if anyone wants to see what happens.

Have you updated your steam linux engine by doing something like the following?
./steam -update valve . email@address.com password Y
Do you get any errors on the server itself when someone is connecting?
