  There are two camps on this one:
  
  Method One: Record ingame demos, then convert them to AVI format latter. No Audio.
  
  Method Two: Use an ingame recorder like [url=www.fraps.com/]FRAPS[/b] to record video and audio in real time. Be warned, you need a beefy machine to do this.
  
  Both methods will require a lot of harddrive space, have at least 2-3 GB's free for a short clip.

  Fraps, however, causes a big FPS drop, so be aware.

  And to convert the .dem to a avi I use this website:

  It may reference TFC, but the information works 100% with NS as well.
  
  Note: this was pre-steam, I have no clue if anything has changed since the conversion to STEAM.
  
  Good Luck with it.. I got a few really nice little clips that I was using in a flash animation, it looked killer.
