The security guard was being retarded, after they left, and went to the sidewalk he should have gone back to his post. Especially with that "You're a bad kid." crap...bah.
They're also trying to be tough for no reason though, and they're dumb.

It also didn't seem like a very effective fight...sure you've got the throwing, but I could do that to the security guard. Then all the punching seemed fairly weak too. The skater guy was trying, but he was swinging way to wide.

Meh, security guards in the UK are allowed to use reasonable force to get rid of someone, and that really amounts to grabbing them by the collar(sp?) and leading them off. Leading them off the premises then trying to rob someone's camera, then get all **** because a board went on his foot isn't professional at all. Just because the kids were mouthing off at him doesn't mean he's allowed to fight back, he should have walked off. If they'd followed him, remove them again, if they did it again, call the police. But the laws in the US are probably different because over here if a copper bruises a maniac with a knife while arresting them, they can be sued and fired (and yeah, it's happened).
The kids were tards yeah, but they were just showing off to each other. But whew, it looked like two monkeys having a fight.
Both parties acted badly. It seemed to me like the kids were on the sidewalk and the guard persisted. Really, it isn't his job to teach the kids a lesson, but simply to guard the property. Once the kids were back on the sidewalk, he should have walked back in. Yeah, DOOM has it right, all of them are tards.
