    In fact, I know nothing about anime, but watch it when it happens to be both 1. on the tv and 2. not crap. I like that gundam one. In fact, anything with giant robots.

    the only 3 things that i dont like about mechwarrior 4 are:
    1. if u destroy a map the whole time there comes a reactor destruction with blue lightningeffects and big boom... i love it more like in mw3
    2. there are slots for the weapons, so if u want to pack a autocannon into a 40 ton mech
    3. the mechs have dumb colors... u cant choose it so u would be cloaked if ur mech wears a green jungle camo, no u have blue camo (skin of the mech) so u are like a white spot on a black paper when u play in desert....

    i like mw3 more because i like it more.... this sentence lasted for 5 minutes...

    I'm not too big on the giant robot thing myself... I also don't like anime that's too wierd/out there...

    Trigun
    Hellsing

    Anime I like:
    Cowboy Bebop
    Berserk
    Akira
    Princess Mononoke
    Ghost in the Shell

    Anime I don't like:
    Furi Kuri/FLCL  (wtf was goin on??)
    Blood - The Last Vampire
    anything meant to be for kids (gundam, dragonball, pokemon)

    I need a new series to watch too, so if anybody has some recommendations, I'd appreciate it.

    wait, so zone of the ender is an anime too? what's the point, it doesn't have some metal gear solid 2 anime demo packaged with it does it? heh

    Well it's got a pretty good movie with nice CGI graphics. There's also a 25 tv episode which also has nice CGI graphics. MS2 wasn't all that good. You play as Raiden instead Snake and the whole game is like a movie. I rather watch <u>Zone of Enders</u> movie.

    Hmm, you might enjoy BubbleGum Crisis.  I've never seen the original series, but I've watched the first few of the "new" one.  It's got really good art and isn't about giant mechs.

    Basically:  Androids are just about everywhere as workers (waiters etc.)  Some of them go beserk and try to kill things.  Things like people.

    Enter a group of female vigilantes (sp?) with custom-fit "combat-suits".  Think Megaman, except cooler.  Yes the main characters are female, but it's not perverse or such.  It's actually rather serious.

    Ok.. so yeah that's my recommendation.  Things I like:

    Bebop
    Gundam Wing & G Gundam
    InuYasha (another u would probably like Doom, judging by your list)
    Tenchi
    Outlaw Star

    Some others.

    AKira was pretty good, Ghost in the SHell was ..okay i guess *sorrie but i didn't really like the movie*.

    Hmmm GSC is hilarious and great too. So is new dominion tank police.

    Doom, I honestly dont like the whole giant robot thing either, but you should really check out NGE if you havnt already.

    Its damn spiffy.

    Well, I have'nt been watching much anime... But I can say that there are 2 anime serie/movie that are simply the epitomy of any cinematrical experience I've ever seen:

    Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust

    The 'Kanon' series

    The latter will be quite hard to find, but if you see any movie, see VHD:BL (Too tired to type it out). That movie has no flaws, it is the single most best movie I have ever seen, ever.
