General questions
Has the limit to how many can be created in one area been set yet?
When hit by them do you literally freeze where you are or can you simply not move? (If you fly through with a jetpack will you fall? get hit on a ramp will you slide? etc)
What happens if you step into 2 at exactly the same time? Do they both disappear? Does only one take effect? Does it double the amount of time your paralysed?
Anyway, clockwork orange is on now so thatll do for now.

You get slowed down a lot and cannot use your weapons until the webbing wears off.

It doubles the effect. I am not sure of the exact statistics.
BTW: Can welders take out webs?
You cannot use your weapon for the time that you are webbed. When the webbing wears off, you can use it again.

Yup.
How does the gorge set a web? Does he select the weapon, aim at a wall, and what, the web just shoots towards it with each click? How does he connect it from one wall to another?
A playtester is gonna have to answer this one, I think.
Webs can be taken out by welders, and grenades. They disappear when you walk through them. When you walk through a web, you can't use your weapon (it doesn't drop on the floor, it just lowers down). You can still walk when you hit a web, but you walk -very- slowly. You can still jump to some extent, and crouch. If you are flying with a jetpack and hit a web, you drop down and hit the floor. The duratation of a web lasts around 5-10 seconds (I'm not sure on an exact time, that's just an estimate I've got from being webbed in-game).
Any web you walk into will disappear, regardless of how many you walk into. A commonly used tactic by marines without a GL or welder, is to get a marine with low health or the worst weapon to be a "web sponge" (for lack of better word) and adsorb all the webs while his teammates keep an eye out for any aliens that might ambush at the sound of a marine being webbed.

Then run through them webs and hope your teammates don't miss!

What happens if you hit a marine with one of the web projectiles(better than thingy)?
I know the idea of repairing a web is a bit useless, this is more a question of theory than practicality. You know me, always curious.
(Attack a fellow marine with the welder to get him moving again?)

I'm not sure how webs look now, but those are it.
