<div class="IPBDescription">... for all you lazy builders</div> Okay, this is pretty silly, but I have some fun with it. WARNING: should not be done on a FF server.

Ever been a Gorge, just sitting around, waiting for the resources to build a structure? Ever been waiting with another Gorge for your Hive to finish building? Ever been bored with your regular building duties? Well folks, it's time for Gorge Ball!

Here's the basic premise. 2 Gorges are required, preferably with Bile Bomb, but not necessary. Each Gorge stands at opposite ends of a large room (I originally came up with the idea in the rafters of the double-node in ns_origin), and tries to hit the other gorge with Spit and Bile Bomb. Although it's pretty much just honor based (and hard to keep track of), here's the scoring system:

Spit Hit: 2 points
Bile Bomb (package) Hit: 3 points
Bile Bomb (splatter) Hit: 1 point

If one Gorge can manage to jump on top of the other, then they earn 30 points!

Whoever has the most points by the time you're ready to build again wins!

    I have to disagree. Friendly fire would make it even more fun =D

    I usually do that when waiting for res. Practice taking pot-shots at things with spit.

    If there were dc's nearby or you both had regen, then friendly fire would make it easy to tell when a hit was made, at least with spit, and you would heal up right away. If you get several hits in a row, stop so you don't kill the other gorge.

    I've never realized the danger of an onos until, in one FF server, I got jammed on a turret factory two onos set their sights on.

    Thats a wonderful idea. I've had some good times as onos on the vertical map (I forget its name right now). You can try to get serious air from the jump-pad in the middle. The Flying Onos -- striking fear in the heart of the enemy...

    If a skulk parasites you (an alien), and ff is on, it will say on your screen that you are parasited. Does a parasite blip show up for other players?

    I used to like ganging up on the gorge with my team of skulks parasiting him to death and him desperatly trying to spit us all.
