Idea For New Digestion Sprite

<div class="IPBDescription">if it can be done</div> well seeing how the marine has a visor on, when he gets eaten and u see goatse could someone make fuzz (like tv fuzz on a channel u cant get the (white , grey, n black dots all over)) and have it fuzz in and out of the onos insides, mabye even make it like night vision type, but have it fuzz in and out every like few seconds with a few white streaks too every time it fuzzes, then (im guessing u could set it after whatever seconds the screen blacks out like when u unplug a tv. to make it seem like the acid is breaking through the visor thingy.

    you could even incorperate that "you are being digested sprite" or whatever it was called form a while back, or something, have it flashing in the top corner

    I believe that the movement is hard-coded, so no matter what picture you use, it's going to be all squirmy.

    since we're talking about the visor thing, can somene make a sprite that would work like that uber low poly lmg that made a visor type thing? you would have to edit the spritesize and everything and i have no clue how you could get it to work

    It could easily be made to look like your looking through the visor, but it can't be animated like you explained.

    At least not as random as he wants it to be. If all that the games hard-coding calls for is to play the digesting sprite from frame one, then you could theoratically make a longer sprite, and hope it plays through for awhile before it loops again. But seeing has how the digesting sprite isn't animated, and is on the screen the whole time, that'd mean it's only played for one frame before being looped, meh thinks. So then yah I guess no animated sprites for you.

    But here's an idea, when your being digested, what does the "weapon" your holding default? In other words, what v_model, if any does it show. Obviously it's a whole lotta nothing, but if it is indeed a model, or a blank animation from a model, perhaps you could use THAT as something to animate the visor effects on... It'd be much like teh low poly LMG effect Fuzzy is talking about.
