Host_error Usermsg: Not Present On Client 57

Uhh is there anyway to fix this error thats been happening after the game ends Host_Error: UserMsg: Not Present on Client 57 appears in console to some players it just happened to me... and most ppl just got booted and got the same error.. is this a steam problem??
