Dll Files! Ahhh!

Steam tells me that i dont have the correct dll files when im connectiong to a server. can anyone help me on this one?
it says that my dll doesn't match the one of the server's...

its either one of these 2 errors..

your map [maps\anymap.bsp] differs from the server's
your dll [cl_dll\client.dll] differs from the server's

this happens when im connecting to the server...
