Have icons under a marine's name staying what equipment they have

<div class="IPBDescription">To find that one guy with a welder</div>The Marines should have little icons under their names to show what equipment they have. This would make it easier for an HA to find someone to weld them, and then the comm would be able to find out who the **** stole the mines/gun/welder he dropped for someone else.
For a Marine, you would walk up to a teammate, and hold your aiming icon over them. When their name pops up, there would be some small icons under the name & health info that would say when equipment they have on them. For a commander, you mouse over them.
And, if you're searching for that one guy with a welder and want to save time, you could include weapons and equipment on the scoreboard, much like how the weapons are right now. You could then right-click to bring up your mouse on the board, and click a button separate from the mute button to highlight that person on your map.
