You Must Install The Custom Game-it's Installed

Played once-for nearly 5 hours- now I can't play it:

"You must install the game before you play a custom game"

I'm like WTF?

The command line is correct.
The game IS installed which consists of:

Can I get a little help?
Maybe I should reboot-but why should I need to do that for this?
