NS+Steam startup bugfix

I had this little bug, dont know if more people around here have it.
Anyway when u start up steam nothing happens and it says steam.exe is up and running in processes.
Close down steam.exe.
Than u change the mapname NS in Steam\steamapps\email\half-life to nsp.
Start up steam and steam is working fine, close down steam again.
Go back to the half-life map, change back the name nsp to ns.
Start up steam.exe again and NS+Steam works correct.
Dont know why this issue happens though with 3.2 and u gotta redo it all time u start up steam.
