This post is about as useful as a one-legged skater, but for what it's worth I agree.

Honestly, I think it's totally pointless giving NS2 suggestions at this point, as we have no idea of how the game is going to turn out.

On an unrelated note I died with the bomb on dust2 as I was surveying a colourful advertisment on a wall which grabbed my attention for half a second. If you're going to get in bed with Valve- make sure they keep their grubby hands off *our* walls.

Yep, I agree with regards to this thread and also agree with what this thread stands for.

However I <b><i>disagree</i></b> with being pointless in giving NS2 suggestions. The development phase is when you <b><i>must</i></b> make suggestions early to see big changes, as time goes by it gets harder to make changes, such changes become more slight.

True, but what I'm trying to say, for example, is that there's no point saying "make the shotgun 12 res in NS2" if marines buy their own guns in the game. Once we know the basics, then I think it's worth giving suggestions.

Yea, after we know how the game will turn out, you can give more accurate suggestion. Too bad they wont probably make it. Well, perhaps in NS3... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" />

Don't worry - NS2 is going to feel like "classic" NS but is going to be a million times better.

*sigh of relief* Better in having a more advanced tech tree like a real RTS too I hope! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" /> That would make x5 happy it would.

why does classic have inverted commas around it? :s
ns2 shouldn't feel like classic, it should be classic (with the million times better)
