when i try to run NS i get an error message that says the game is not available, restarting steam does nothing

I'm almost certain this is a Steam issue, which <i>should</i> go away eventually <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" />

Logging back into Steam usually fixes it for more people. <u>Restarting Steam won't clear your cache/thing</u>, what you need to do is:

-right click the Steam icon
-click Settings > Log in as a different user
-enter your log on details, et voila.

Failing that, try again in an hour or so.
