Have it, hardly played it yet. I'm kind of stuck between supcom and c&c3. I miss the zoom and scale of supcom when playing c&c3, and I miss the fragfest and simplicity of c&c3 when playing supcom :/

Rover: What's your name on SupComm? <!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> Doesn't work online (besides hamachi) due to my POS router. Yes I know how to open ports on my router and firewall. Yes I know what DMZ is. It just doesn't work for an unknown reason.

Terrible game that's 10 years too late to compete with todays RTS's where you actually have to use strategy and not just the first one to spam the most mammoth tanks.

Which is worse than SupComm's send in a new wave of units every 2 minutes?
CnC3 games seem to end before you even get to mammoth tanks anyway.

Every 2 minutes? <i>Psh</i> I run 15 tech I factories on repeat constantly, it's just a 6 wide 5km long solid line of dudes pouring into their base. Or in most cases, pouring into THEIR 6 wide 5km long line of dudes. Now THAT'S a battle.
What's wrong with having a game that relies on large amounts of disposable units?

On a c&c3 related note: favorite faction? Haven't had much time to try em all out (each faction once in skirmish, done about 2/3 of the american campaign).

Nothing, hell, I love SupComm, I was just trying to make a point.

American campaign as which faction?
Anyway, I'm rather undecided. GDI I'm much better as and they just feel more like a proper army. Also a big fan of Nod thanks to their guerilla like awesome and rather cool (albeit useless half the time) technology. Scrin are my least favourite but their end game air units are pretty hard to beat.

UEF artillery and medium tanks actually, have to love the OMGWTH damage of the artillery guys. Killing a tech I defence turret in 3 shots? Yes, please.

But then again, mantis speed + tracking lazers = coolios.
I still can't run SupComm as nicely as I would like to, so I'm spending time on C&C3. So far the GDI campaign has been fun and game has its awesome C&C feel <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />
Just got CC3 and Stalker last night. Have yet to install Stalker yet, but i'm playing CC3 fully atm. Great graphics, gameplay and very fun.
The standard troop upgrade feature is very nice. Red tracer rounds coming from a tower is super nice! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" /> <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/asrifle.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::asrifle::" border="0" alt="asrifle.gif" />
