Popupmenu Customization

Wouldn't it be great to do something similar to the popupmenu (assuming you still will have one), so that each player can customize it from a config file? Then we could remove options we use key binds for anyway, and possibly add "say_team" stuff for those who still don't use microphones. I imagine it being customizable sort of like a standard commandmenu you can make for goldsrc games.

    Then again, I just realized that this might already be possible to edit for NS, I'm just too ignorant about NS customization to know. :S
