Custom Game Not Installed?!?!

Everytime I try and join an NS server, it tells me I cannot join because "Custom Game NS is not Installed". Now, I installed the game, was RUNNING IT (and yes all the menus were the NS menus, not HL), and it told me this for every NS server. I tried rebooting my computer. I tried closing every background program, then reinstalling Natural Selection. Still gives me the same error message. When I look under "Custom games", it doesn't list any of the ones I have installed (Counterstrike, TFC, etc.)
Yeah, I have a BIG problem. A little help, please?
If you have any suggestions, I'd appreciate an e-mail instead of a reply.
