This could only work if done very carefully, if done badly a skulk would easly overpower a marine. And in my personal opinion such ideas as only one marine parasited per skulk, or damage being delt would seriously screw up competitive play :<

Did notice I used the word slight? Perhaps I should use caps ... SLIGHT. And why does it have to be a first hive ability anymore? In fact, with Dynamic Infestation, who saying there will be hives anymore?
Just because an idea (any idea) is put forward, please don't assume its over powered. That is really hard to tell until we get the chance to play test and tweak the balance of Natural Selection _2_.
Remember lerk spikes? How about the stingers of a onos? Or that there were a ton of other ideas the developers wanted in NS1?
NS2 is definitely not going to be NS1, its going to be better.

I vote for a slurred-speech filter for team speak with increasing strength the more parasites you get, making the marine trigger random emotes and gradually change the run cycle animation into a slightly funny gait.
