I just got done upgrading my PC. For some reason I thought to take pictures, mainly due to my fancy pants new digital camera. I know nobody cares, but I'm posting them anyway.

An accurate picture:

Reason I ask is all that's lacking in my upgrade is the PSU, and right now it's a tossup between this OCZ and this BFG. I know the OCZ is a much better 650w PSU BUT, the BFG has a lifetime warranty AND is currently on sale at COMP USA - I stand to save $42.00. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/confused-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="???" border="0" alt="confused-fix.gif" />
Let us know how all the cool new games that you can play with your hot new computer are.
Anyway, congrats on the improved machine.

Too much. :X Just over $1700 after shipping. I don't like to think about it this part. :P

They're below the keyboard on the printer tray. Yes, the desk has a printer tray. It was made during the late 70's for a TSR-80, and I've yet to come across a computer desk I like more than this one. It's damn sturdy and isn't cheaply made. How could it be, when it has to hold up a 100 pound system? :P

I'm queueing them up so that I finish one before starting the next. Otherwise I'd probably get sucked into LOTRO and never play STALKER, SupCom, or ARMA...

Just curious why you went with the Silencer 750 Quad PSU... never heard of them.

I had only vaguely heard of them too, but every review I read or person I talked to praised PC Power & Cooling power supplies as being fantastic; specifically as being better than OCZ and Enermax. Main reason I got it is because it's certified for SLI 8800GTX's, whereas most others I saw were only for 8800GTS's (1 less power connector). I plan on going SLI in the future when this system starts to show it's age.
Glad you guys like the upgrade. I think it's pretty nice too. STALKER is fantastic too btw. :D
how much did the graphics card cost ya?

That's not a graphics card.
That's a space station.
But, yeah. I envy you. I've only got about $500.00 to spend for upgrading. Pity me.
Way too much. :X
nice upgrade, but you still will never be forgiving

If I had been drinking coffee at the time of reading that, it probably would now be on my computer screen. This does not bode well for my intent to upgrade using money earned from my minimum-wage slave labor job...
