So we can made little mods., but my question is, what can we change?
I see only the example of the structure code, but what is made with lua?
What can change?
e.g.:
Buildings
Gameplay
Weapons
Models
and stuff...or like the whole game like in garry mod?

As to what can be changed, I imagine it's just about anything you want to change.
The LUA is going to be in NS2, the game, not NS2TR, the Natural Selection 2 Tech Release.

Garry mod with Lua brought many great mods.
I hope it will have the same effect with NS2 (except the virus/trojaner thing <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" /> )

I find that as an unfair description, Goldenprize. Most game companies keep their project secret for a long time, possibly to be able to work on it on peace without to much pressure on releasing details on the game or about releasing the game itself. I guess it doesn't make as much sense for UWE to keep quiet about their next project even if they'd wanted to. Already early in 2002 before the first public release of NS, if I'm not mistaken, Charlie talked about using a NS a free Half-Life mod to make an opportunity to make a standalone game in the same world.
Anyway, they have a developmental blog and are working on the Tech Release for the community to be able to make content for the final game. Now, in real life making stuff takes time and effort, and I think it's not much to ask for a little patience.

I think the team of UW will not explain all, but why there like no infos.
Gamemodi, creatures, upgrades, and many other stuff.
Why is the new trend of developers to be mute???

If i have a great concept for a game, i want to show my fans what we have planed, because i like my fans...
Sure, NS2 will be the first fullprice game of UW, i like it very much and hope there comming new features, because NS1 is a little bit boring now.
But the developer of Day of Defeat explain the most infos and sure they release a early video of the first gameplay.
I don't want to punish UW, but i only wish to get more infos.
i know a lot of people who play NS, but this was 2 years ago, now i know nobody who play NS1 and they don't hear about NS2 because there not many news about it.
No infos, pictures(except artworks)= no news (thats what an admin of hlportal want to say to me)
There a lot of infos about the code or the maps, but no one of the gameplay or creatures.

Hmm well, the first official info and announcement of SC2 showed an almost complete game. And you know what: They started making SC2 after the release of Wc3:TfT in 2003.
So they did not gave you any info for 4 whole years! Think about it.

Starcraft 2 is more complex as NS1, becaus there more units, structures and ENGINE.

I thought it was near alpha(or TR), but im sure i was wrong.

Please do try to keep in mind that we are a very tiny team and we haven't been working on NS2 very long. Blizzard probably has many dozens of people that have been working on Starcraft 2 for 6+ years.

That the most things are not final or in concept period, so maybe the developer team don't show ingame screens, videos or infos.
Im working on a little mod for a game, i realy know HOW HARD it is to made the right gameplay,balance and stuff.
NS2 is starting out and explode with a huge WOW effect...i hope <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink-fix.gif" />

I will never compare your team Unknown worlds with Blizzard,
thats impossible.
Because you are a small team and blizzard is a huge developer(like what you say) with a large budget.
But its very hard for a new developer team to release the first GAME like yours.
I have allways the date 'end of March ('07)' in my mind (from FAQ), maybe thats the cause, why im thinking the game is near done because we have june *g*

The most new and very great thing is lua, becaus NS1 will be boring after a year of playing, but with lua there modifications possible so the fun never ends =)
