fps drop on laptop

In general the problem is that the game's fps drops like every 2minutes from my constant 75sh to 10-30 for 2-10 seconds. Not affected by the graphics running on the screen because it happens when theres lots of graphics or when theres very little. When this happens the system processes shows that the process System is eating up 20-40% of the laptop.
(removing ati poller processes removed the famous lag/mouse problem but didn't help with this)
I've updated all drivers and tryed several graphic card drivers.Done virus and spyware scans on several programs. My laptop doesn't seem to heat up.Tested few different mouses.Unstalled/installed windows/steam/naturalselection.shut down almost all processes while playing.
none helped :z

here's comp info

Have you tried testing the ram? It might not be the ram since bad ram tends to make programs blue screen but it might be worth testing anyways. I usually use Memtest86+ ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memtest86 ) to test it.
