I need to wake up.

<div class="IPBDescription">At work and sleep deprived.</div>So, last night, I had one of those nites where I couldn't sleep, as in, 0 sleep, not even a minute.

I had to be at work by 8:00 today for training as we are getting a new computer system thingy. Anyhoo, I'm tired, so very tired. I've had 12 cups of coffee, which is roughly the size of the average coffee pot, and a Jolt energy drink.

I'm still very tired, and I'm having trouble keeping my eyes open. My eyelids are so heavy.

Caffeine isn't working, what can I do (other than sleep <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />) to make myself less tired. I've got 5 and a half hours of work left.

Catch fifteen or twenty minutes on your lunch break, if you can. Between now and then, get up and stretch. Walk around a bit.

    Correct, power-nap FTW!

I'd say don't drink so much caffeine, lest you exacerbate your problem come nightfall. Drink water instead. A lot of fatigue can be allayed by hydration, and it won't keep you up at night. And nap, too, if you can.

walk around adrenaline will wake you up and redbull is far stronger than cup of coffee but a powernap will be best you will do your self no good like you are.
If it gets that bad go home!

If one drinks enough water to stay properly hydrated, having to run to the ###### every couple of hours will do a fine job of keeping you up too. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />

I've been trying to rest my eyes, I guess it helps a little, only 2hrs 15 mins left... I'm drinking water, yea.

I'm on my feet walking about, I'm awake, but still oh so very tired. When I get off, I think I'm going to crash on the couch in the break room.
