with good compare between versions and reservations
I am looking at maybe starting to play around with an open source C++ project. They are proposing WinCsv but since I hardly ever used any CSV softwares, I was wondering which one should I used.

I do not intend to do major modifications. I am more intresting in the actual data its using (3d data). I did used Turtoise about 2 years ago but that's about it. I want one not just for this particular project but for any future project I might start. So I want a good one for Windows.

Any suggestions ?

What are the +/- of your suggestions ?

For a class project a few years ago we used free version control software called cvs. Where I work we use IBM's Clearcase. Clearcase is better IMLO but it is definitely not free.
