im freezing every 30seconds in NS

my problem is, that my player is freezing every 30 secons and move only to the sight i´ve pressed before, then he is walking to this sight and i can press something else, but he doesn´t react of that

my hardware is good enough and the drivers are updated, but it´s still the same problem!!!
in counter-strike 1.6 or source i haven´t got the problem and the ping is mostly in all games at 50 or so!!!
i would be happy if someone can help me

This sounds like choke issues.

use "net_graph 3" to see EXACTLY what your ping, choke, and loss are. (report back with them)

check out <a href="http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=502112" target="_blank">This</a> page and see if any of it works.

i think everything is ok with the things
frames per second: 30-40
ping: 60-70(bad server)
(packet)loss: 0
choke whatever it is: 0

but i read the topic of the forum u gave me and the first thing with the task manager is working, but then i´ve got only 20 fps
