Trable with HLTV camera (Free fly)

<div class="IPBDescription">I have a trable with HLTV camera.</div>Hello, i live in Russia.
Can you help me?
Our squad want do movie about NS.
But in NS spectate's camera don't have free roaming mode.
If anybody have a plugins or programms for solve this problem, plz, take out in this topic.
