Profile being reset when I complete trophies.

Hi there,
I've been using Zen of Sudoku for a while and I've found a strange problem. When I reach the point that I have completed all the trophies for the Expert and Master levels, have done the tutorial trophy and completed the 25 puzzles trophy, next time I start the game I am asked to enter my user name again and my profile has been reset (eg. if I enter the same user name, all my trophies have been removed and I am prompted to go through the tutorial again).
This has happened twice now, at the same point in the process, and I was wondering if there was a solution available?
One other thing I noticed was that after my profile was reset, the sparkle effects and row highlighting would always happen relative to the top left corner (eg. the top left corner number square would sparkle, and the far left and topmost row would always be lit up) only until I had completed the tutorial. That, at least, has a workaround (completing the tutorial), but any ideas on the profile reset would be much appreciated so I don't have to through it a third time <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" />
