Disconnect problem

Hey guys,
I installed NS 4 days ago or so, and when I played it just after installation it was fine. But when I tried to play the next day, and since, I can log into servers fine but after maybe 15seconds or so I freeze and I get a "connection problem" before it exits the server. I dunno how to fix this, I don't suppose you have any ideas?
