Heeyah? That be talk like a cowboy day. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />
And all this time I thought that was leetspeak.... ... .. . <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/confused-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="???" border="0" alt="confused-fix.gif" />
I went around drawing skull and crossed bones on everyone's whiteboard, or at least 5 whiteboards, before I got a little bored. I'll do the rest of my floor later.
I been thinking this day of pirate pronunciation were wasted on my part. Barely any bilge has befallen my lips, and thar be plenty of such foulness roosting in me crows nest. Alas, I've no time before this day be joining the others in davey jones' locker.
My admiration to those who've done such festivities their due honor. I tip me hook for ye.
In an honest service there is thin commons, low wages, and hard labour. In this, plenty and satiety, pleasure and ease, liberty and power; and who would not balance creditor on this side, when all the hazard that is run for it, at worst is only a sour look or two at choking? No, a merry life and a short one shall be my motto. - Bartholomew Roberts 1682-1722

Which is why it's more like "talk like a fictional pirate" day than it is "talk like an actual pirate" day.

While it's on fire.
Celebrate and enjoy.

And shooting bears, that are also: on fire.
Also: That was the reference, right?
