Join Server... kick out shortly after

Hi all,

Everytime I join a server, any server, my game kicks me out to the main menu (server selection screen) with no message or no warning.

It even happens when I try to play CS.

Any ideas at all?? I have a Radeon 9600 and updated the newest drivers.

Sounds like a Steam issue, I would post this question on their support forums, maybe they can look at your "log file" or something and see what's happeneing? just a guess, but if it is not game specific, then it's probably a Steam issue. *shrug*

It was my router!

The firmware needed to be updated.
