I use a <a href="http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&fcategoryid=145&modelid=13019" target="_blank">Canon Powershot SD700 IS</a>. To piece the panoramas together I used to use Photostitch which is a piece of software that comes with Canon cameras. I recently purchased <a href="http://www.panoramafactory.com/" target="_blank">Panorama Factory</a>, and it's a much more powerful piece of software and is pretty nice. All of these were done with Panorama Factory.

Wow, that looks great! What are your system specs? Are you running at 8x or 16x AA? And what kind of FPS are you getting? Not even Quake Wars looks that good.
