It depends how big the full-sized PSD is. If it's really large, you probably just resized it weird. Try resizing everything again. If that doesn't work, you have some other options. I'm assuming that the broom is some piece of art you found online somewhere, and that the aliasing came into play when you rotated it or something. One way to fix that is to resize it really big (and blurry), rotate it, then size it back down. I think that works. You can always just go in and fix the aliasing manually, or outline the broom with the pen tool and just make a shape of the broom, which, being a vector, won't have any aliasing at all.
And the hat is like a 5 minute job! It'll add so much. Maybe some lerks, only silhouetted so they're like bats. That's a good idea. And a bowl of candy, but with medpacks and stimpacks mixed in.
I suck at Photoshop. I just do... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/confused-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="???" border="0" alt="confused-fix.gif" />

Fixed that for ya, no charge this time.
Back to the topic at hand, that picture is very cool Depot. Skulk on a broom, it cannot be beat.

I'll see about adding a witches hat too, but I've already started work on a Christmas skin which will consume most of my time now.
