tga files missing?

hi, ive played ns since early beta, i reacently baught a new mechine and ofc i installed NS on it.. when i connect and get ingame, my mouse cursor is "black" with no texture, and so is the UI on the left of the screen when buildings get placed on either sides, i also get a message in the middle of the screen saying: Display does not support Downloadable gem or something like this.. i checked console to see what was going wrong and i get this string there.. if anyone knows of this issue and how to fix it it would be appreciated, cheers!
