Can't see Commander UI?!

<div class="IPBDescription">help .. me...</div>1) When i join a Co game for some reason i can not see the exp bar filling up, its there, but i cant see the clip fill.
2) On Ns_ maps i can't see the images for the commander interface, its like "dark", then again my gamma and brightness are max in game.
