Client Dropped By Server?

But yea. First, howdy, I'm new to NS as of last night. I find it very fun so far.
HOWEVER...
I played all last night, joining several servers and different games without issue... However, this morning I start trying to join games and as the server is loading, I get this error:
You have been disconnected from the server.
Reason: Client dropped by server.
I looked around and couldn't find a post relating to this, so I googled the error and found a solution that says to delete some steam file and let it update itself back to norm.
This solution worked. Once. Now it doesn't do crap.
Some extra little details: I just reinstalled Half-Life last night along with steam. I played while downloading the rest of my premium pack (CS, Blueshift, etc.). Today, after the first solution didn't work, I deleted all but half-life and NS, and it worked. Once.
Very frustrated and hope someone can help.
